Mrs. Tamanna Raza
President Ayisha Shiksha Sansthan

Words from the President Ma'am: I grew up in a family dominated by girls and where educating girls was of paramount importance. My father, a forest officer, believed that education was a means of empowerment for the girls. Following in his footsteps, I continue to do his work. Presently, as a part of community work I hold workshops for English communication skills for teachers and underprivileged children. We also teach them Arabic, Urdu and Hindi at Modern Madarsa. We hold health camps, and cleanliness drives. Throughout Covid Period , we helped kids to submit their fees , so that they could attend schools . Inspite of limited contact during this Covid period to assess living conditions and provide support in the form of awareness drives. For instance, we perform short plays and puppet shows that stress the importance of education in order to motivate under- privileged families to send their kids to school. For this we run the Bridge School through Zoom classes and in-person classes.
